• Products may be tried on prior to receipt.
• Exchanges are accepted only if we are notified on the same day the order is received.
• Returns are accepted within two days, provided the item is in its original condition as received:
– In its original packaging
– Unused and unworn
– With the original product tag attached
– Free from any stains or damage
Important notes:
• The customer is responsible for shipping costs on returns or exchanges.
• Damaged items or items that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.
• Once the item is received, our Quality Team will inspect it to confirm its condition; the eligible refund will then be processed to the customer.
